11.What about the return or exchange policy?

  • Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product.
  • If your package is delivered in a damaged condition, you may inform us about the same within 48 hours for a full refund or exchange.
  • You will need to e-mail us the Proof of Damage along with the Order Number to make your claim.
  • Please note that the package must be unused and in it’s original packaging. Failing which the refund will not be processed.
