  2. Select the No. of Faces: Pick the number of faces you want.
  3. Accept the Terms: Read carefully and accept the Terms & Conditions to continue.
  4. Redirect to WhatsApp: You will be directed to WhatsApp for finalizing your order.
  5. Share Your Photos: Send the reference photo(s) via WhatsApp, Google Drive link, or Email.
  6. Design Approval & Payment: After creating the caricature sample, we will share it with you. Once you approve the sample, please complete the payment for us to proceed with final printing/dispatch.

  • For Reference Photo: Send your photo via a Google Drive link, Zip folder, WhatsApp, or E-mail. Please select Half Body image and share in high quality.
  • Delivery Time:
    Digital Files: Ready in about 2-3 working days.
    Wooden Cutout: Takes approximately 3-4 days to create and print, plus 6-7 working days for shipping (this may vary by location).
  • We recommend to give order before 15 to 20 days of your gifting occasion date.
  • NO ADVANCE PAYMENT: You have to pay us after your PRODUCT SAMPLE is ready.

A Wooden Cutout is a ready-made physical product crafted on wood with High Quality print of your caricature, perfect for table décor, gifting, or display.

A Digital File is a high-resolution artwork that you can reuse for multiple purposes such as printing on invitations, backdrops, posters, standees, social media, merchandise, and more.

2. Which will be better wooden cutout or digital file?

Both are great, depending on your need.

• Digital Files give you complete flexibility. You can use them for invites, backdrops, posters, social media, merchandise, and print them in any size as needed.

3. Would I also get digital file if I order caricature wooden cutout?

No, you will not get digital file with caricature wooden cutout. If you want digital file then you have to pay some extra amount for that file.

Reason: To share that file, we have to pay software licensing fee, so an additional cost will apply.

4. Will the cutout include the full body?

No. All our cutouts are half-body designs. Even if you share a full-body photo, only the upper half will be illustrated in the final artwork.

Absolutely. Your photos are 100% private and safe with us. We use them only for creating your artwork.

4. Can I request changes in the caricature?

Yes, we allow minor revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final result.

5. Do you accept returns?

Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.

Important note: For damage return, we will need an unboxing video as proof.

Terms & Conditions

  • Payment: Payment is due immediately as soon as the sample is shared.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation of order is not allowed after sample gets ready; however, alterations are definitely possible.
  • Legal Contract: By agreeing, the client is said to be in a contract with Raresquare Studio. Client is LEGALLY bound to pay the full amount after the sample is shared and we are bound to deliver the product as described.
  • COD: Cash on delivery is not available in personalised products.
  • Delivery: FREE DELIVERY at your doorstep (Only in India).
