- Redirect to WhatsApp: You will be taken to WhatsApp to finalize your order.
- Discuss Your Design: Discuss design options available with us or share your preferred design reference (customization is subject to feasibility).
- Provide us with details: Share us the details for Starmap like city, pinned location and the tagline you want to use in your Starmap.
- Design Approval & Payment: We will share a sample once the design is created. After you confirm the sample, you will need to make the payment to proceed with the final deliverables.

1. What is Starmap?
A Starmap is more than a map, it's a beautifully designed keepsake of the place where your memories live. From the city where you fell in love to your hometown or dream trip, each map tells your story. Just choose your city, customize the style, add names or dates, and we’ll turn it into a stunning piece of art, ready to gift and cherish forever.
2. What is difference between Poster/Canvas and Digital File?
• Poster/Canvas is a printed form of Starmap on premium quality photo paper/Canvas Cloth, which will be delivered to your location. That poster/Canvas can be directly used for framing.
• A Digital File is a high-quality image file of your Starmap. We will mail you that file and you can print poster/canvas using that file at any local printing shop, color lab, or photo studio. Once it is printed, you can frame it at a local frame shop.
3. Which will be better Poster or digital file?
A poster/canvas is better option if you want direct delivery of printed poster/canvas to your location with our FREE delivery service in all over India.
Digital files are best suited for urgent delivery of Starmap. A major advantage of digital files is that you can receive them within two to three days of ordering them. After receiving it, you can immediately print and frame it at your place. We may guide the printing instructions.
4. Would I also get digital file if I order poster/canvas?
No, you will not get digital file with poster/canvas. If you want digital file then you have to pay some extra amount for that file.
(Reason: To share that file, we have to pay software licensing fee, so an additional cost will apply.)
1. Can I customize the design?
Yes! You can discuss styles on WhatsApp or share your own reference. We’ll customize it if possible.
2. What will be the material of the print?
Posters/Canvas are printed on premium photo paper/Canvas cloth with excellent colour quality and detail.
3. What if I want to make changes in poster after payment?
You can ask us to make changes until we didn’t give it for final printing, but after that we are not able to change or customize anything.
4. How could I know whether my product has been designed properly?
We always share the sample before moving further for printing. If you find any issues, we are happy to make any doable changes before giving it for printing.
5. Do you accept returns?
Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.
Important note: For damage return, we will need an unboxing video as proof.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment: Payment is due immediately as soon as the sample is shared.
- Cancellation: Cancellation of order is not allowed after sample gets ready; however, alterations are definitely possible.
- Legal Contract: By agreeing, the client is said to be in a contract with Raresquare Studio. Client is LEGALLY bound to pay the full amount after the sample is shared and we are bound to deliver the product as described.
- COD: Cash on delivery is not available in personalised products.
