- Place Your Order: Contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram, or E-mail.
- Specify Your Needs: Let us know if you want a Digital File or a Poster, and what size you need.
- For Photo Mosaics: Send your photos via a Google Drive link, Zip folder, WhatsApp, or E-mail. Please select FACE FOCUSSED main image and share in high quality.
- Number of Photos: There's no maximum limit! We recommend sending at least 150-200 images for the best results. Remember more the photos, the more beautiful will be the mosaic effect.
- Delivery Times:
• Digital Files: Ready in about 2 working days.
• Posters: Takes approximately 3 days to create and print, plus 6-7 working days for shipping (this may vary by location). - Order in Advance: We recommend to give order before 10 to 15 days of your gifting occasion date.
- NO ADVANCE PAYMENT: You are bound to pay us after your PRODUCT SAMPLE is ready.

1. What is difference between Poster and Digital File?
• Poster is a printed form of Mosaic Art on premium quality photo paper, which will be delivered to your location. That poster can be directly used for framing.
• A Digital File is a high-quality image file of your mosaic art. We will mail you that file and you can print poster using that file at any local printing shop, color lab, or photo studio. Once it is printed, you can frame it at a local frame shop.
• Note: The image quality of the Digital file will depend upon the print size of the mosaic you select. For example, if you select M size mosaic digital file then that file would be suitable for only A2 size photopaper print.
2. Which will be better Poster or digital file?
A poster is better option if you want direct delivery of printed poster to your location with our FREE delivery service in all over India.
Digital files are best suited for urgent delivery of mosaic art. A major advantage of digital files is that you can receive them within two days of ordering them. After receiving it, you can immediately print and frame it at your place. We may guide the printing instructions.
3. Would I also get digital file if I order poster?
No, you will not get digital file with poster. If you want digital file then you have to pay some extra amount for that file.
(Reason: To share that file, we have to pay software licensing fee, so an additional cost will apply.)
4. How will the small images be arranged and adjusted?
The small images will be carefully adjusted based on their color combination to match the main image. Each photo will be selected and placed in specific areas that complement the colors of the overall design.
To ensure a perfect fit, the images may be rotated (90°, 180°, or 360°) as required by the designers to align with the detailing of the main image.
5. Will all the photos provided by the client be included in the mosaic, and will they be repeated?
Not all images provided may necessarily be used. Mostly we try to include all the photos provided but majorly those images that match the color combination of the main image will be selected, as our designs are based on real mosaic art.
The images that are chosen will be repeated as needed to maintain the color balance and ensure a seamless match with the main design.
6. How many photos are required?
We do not restrict with any numbers of images; you can share as many as you can. We recommend more than 150 if possible.
Remember more the photos, the more beautiful will be the mosaic effect.
1. What will be the material of the print?
Posters are printed on premium photo paper with excellent color quality and detail.
2. What if I want to make changes in poster after payment?
You can ask us to make changes until we didn’t give it for final printing, but after that we are not able to change or customize anything.
3. How could I know whether my product has been designed properly?
We always share the sample before moving further for printing. If you find any issues, we are happy to make any doable changes before giving it for printing.
4. Do you accept returns?
Sorry, since our products are made specifically for you, we will not be able to accept return as we will not have any further use of the product. In rare cases of damage during transit, we will send you a fresh piece at no cost.
Important note: For damage return, we will need an unboxing video as proof.
Terms & Conditions
- Payment is due immediately as soon as the sample is shared.
- Cancellation of order is not allowed after sample gets ready; however, alterations are definitely possible.
- By agreeing, the client is said to be in a contract with Raresquare Studio. Client is LEGALLY bound to pay the full amount after the sample is shared and we are bound to deliver the product as described.
- Cash on delivery is not available in personalised products.
